SATURDAY menU
Our menu offerings consist of a range of traditional European style breads + pastries always offered throughout the year, with a portion of our menu changing with the seasons + what ingredients are found fresh. These seasonal items are offered only during certain times of the year + typically change each month. As the seasons change, you can always find our menu changes here, as well as on our social media feeds.
Sourdough Bread
CLASSIC COUNTRY LOAF
A mix of white and wheat flour, water, salt + wild yeast.
RUSSIAN RYE
A naturally leavened sourdough made with 100% rye + coriander + molasses.
MULTIGRAIN PORRIDGE SOURDOUGH
Our sourdough bread made with an oat porridge + barley + buckwheat flours, baked in a loaf tin.
BAGUETTES
A mix of white and wheat flour, water, salt + wild yeast. A longer and thinner shaped loaf, perfect for dipping, tartines, and bruschetta.
FOCACCIA
A naturally leavened Italian flatbread, flavored with olive oil + sea salt and sometimes topped with herbs and/or seasonal vegetables.

TRADITIONAL CROISSANT
A buttery, flaky, viennoiserie pastry. Our croissants are 100% naturally leavened, using no commercial yeast and are mixed and laminated by hand.
PAIN AU JAMBON
Our naturally leavened croissant filled with smoked ham + gruyere cheese.
SAUSAGE ROLL
Our classic sourdough croissant filled with local sausage from CJW Pino Ranch + stone ground mustard.
PAIN AU CHOCOLAT
Sourdough pastry + Belgian chocolate center.
ALMOND CROISSANT
Traditional sourdough croissant with a frangipane filling + topped with sliced almonds.
CHAUSSON AUX POMMES
An apple turnover, chopped apples with cinnamon and sugar, baked in our sourdough pastry dough.
PAIN AUX RAISINS
Sourdough pastry spread with frangipane and sprinkled with raisins.
CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO ESCARGOT
Given its name for pastry dough shaped like a snail's shell, filled with Italian cream, bittersweet chocolate shavings and crushed pistachios.
MORNING BUN
Layers of sourdough sweet bread and European, butter + cinnamon, sugar + orange.
ESPRESSO BOUCHON
A gluten free brownie of sorts, made with buckwheat flour, chunks of chocolate + a wee bit of espresso powder, baked in a canalé pan.
LEMON TEA CAKE
A mini sized, lemon loaf with a light lemon glaze.
SWEET FOCACCIA
Naturally leavened Italian flatbread with apricots + chocolate baked in.
SCOTTISH SHORTBREAD
A traditional Scottish recipe of the classic butter biscuit (cookie). Dusted in sugar + the perfect, simple pairing with a cup of tea or coffee.

PAPRIKA GOUDA SOURDOUGH
Our classic country loaf with smoked paprika, Gouda cheese + cracked black pepper mixed in.
CHOCOLATE CHERRY SOURDOUGH
Our classic country loaf, but with cocoa, chunks of chocolate + maraschino cherries mixed in.
CRANBERRY ORANGE SOURDOUGH
Our classic country loaf made with cranberries, orange blossom water, orange zest + nutmeg.
SHRIMP DANISH
Shrimp sauteed in butter, garlic + herbs, served on top of our classic sourdough pastry dough.
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY KOUIGN AMANN
A mini cake of laminated dough, originally from Brittany, France which translates “cake + butter,” made with our sourdough pastry dough and filled with our house made ganache + a whole strawberry.

JERUSALEM TARTINE
Inspired from one of our favorite cafes in our neighborhood in Jerusalem, an open face sandwich of artichoke hearts, olives, confit garlic in a bechamel sauce + finished with mozzarella on top of our sourdough focaccia. Served warm.

CHEESECAKE TART
A gluten free, pistachio shortbread + crust filled with our goat cheese + lemon cheesecake. [GLUTEN FREE]
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER TEA CAKE
A chocolate sponge cake with chunks of chocolate + layers of peanut butter buttercream.

A general store of curated goods inspired by our travels abroad + simple, country life - for a storied house + home, feasting at the table and intentionally slow, meaningful living.
